- Scope of services: CAPEX investment, renovation/ maintenance of all facilities equipment and related services.
- Business Need Analysis: interact with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge and define final Business Requirements (Regulatory, Delivery, Quality, Service and Cost).
- Category profiling: Cover annual category spends, history Data Analytics, Supply market analysis and demand forecast to define cost saving opportunities.
- Strategic sourcing: Define Sourcing Strategies and in strict compliance with company, applicable laws, and ethical standards. Run local/ overseas sourcing/ RF-x/bid events and others as assigned, within authorized signature limits.
- Contract Management: Negotiating, contracting and monitoring contract execution to assure goods are supplied exactly, timely and in good quality.
- Supplier management: maintain/ build collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers. Define and build up new suppliers for alternative solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in Procurement, especially in Facility Management categories in the Logistics industry.
- Commercial and negotiation skills and ability to understand contracts.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
- Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
