- Collect, analyze and clarify requirements from customers/business users.
- Describe Business Process, Business Rule, User Flow, Functional Requirement.
- Build and manage BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case, Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinate with PM, BA Lead, Tech Lead, Developer, Tester to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
- Manage requirement/scope changes; support Demo, SIT, UAT and acceptance testing.
- Analyze, confirm and coordinate handling of Business Issue/Bug during testing and operation.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Requirement Management and Documentation.
- Experience building BRD/SRS/User Story/Use Case/UAT.
- Experience working directly with Customer/Business User and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Web Application, business systems or data integration systems.
- Understand Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
- Good communication skills, analytical thinking, logical reasoning and documentation writing.
- Ability to read and understand basic API/SQL is an advantage.
