To continue expanding support for the Japan market, we have just arrived in Vietnam and are in the process of building a new professional team in Ho Chi Minh City and accelerating expert search activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Search for and screen suitable experts.
- Build connections with experts across multiple fields.
- Conduct industry research and verify expert capabilities.
- Comply with industry-specific regulations & standards.
- Coordinate projects & provide optimal solutions for clients.
- Optimize connections for both parties through negotiation and agreement.
Job Requirements
[General Requirements]
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or Japanese Studies.
- Fluent Japanese from N2 level or above.
[Attitude Requirements]
- Proactive in learning and work.
- Persistent in problem-solving.
- Speed and flexibility.
[Skill Requirements]
- Good communication skills.
- LinkedIn and Facebook search skills.
- Good proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Slides, and Google Docs..).
[Interview Preferences]
- Ability to use an additional language such as English.
- Previous study or work experience in Japan.
- At least 1 year of work experience in any field.
* Recent graduates and employees with no experience in expert search will receive systematic training and career development support.
* For candidates who have previously interviewed at VisasQ, you may reapply after 1 year.

Working Hours and Location:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Seperok, 56 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam or other company project locations in Ho Chi Minh City as assigned.

Interview Process:
- Round 1: Offline interview at the office with HRM and PM - (approximately 2 hours) - conducted in Vietnamese and Japanese
- Round 2: Online interview with company representative - (approximately 1 hour) - conducted in Japanese
