Work location: 20 Dong Du, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and reconcile daily revenue between the sales system, cash, transfers in progress and bank;
- Check payment transactions by cash, card, bank transfer, e-wallet;
- Monitor revenue by shift and by department;
- Collect cash at the end of shift from departments, deposit in safe or transfer to bank;
- Inventory cash fund (revenue source), Petty Cash fund at the unit;
- Check sales bills, consolidate cancelled/voided bill reports, track issued electronic invoices and handle invoice adjustment/replacement cases and customer refund files when they arise;
- Prepare daily revenue reports;
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable;
- Account for revenue, input data into the system;
- Prepare internal receipt/payment vouchers;
- Coordinate fund inventory, internal control to limit risks of revenue loss and operational risks;
- Classify, store and preserve important accounting documents and vouchers: contracts, payment vouchers, card slips, cancelled bills...
II. REQUIREMENTS
- Preference for university or college degree or higher in accounting;
- Preference for 2 years or more experience as an accountant, prior experience in financial accounting or tax accounting is an advantage;
- Experience using SAP is an advantage
