Job description
- Design Review & Appraisal: Assess the correctness, safety and compliance with standards/specifications of design documents; inspect the quality and appraisal results of internal units/consultants.
- In-depth Expert Review: Propose, mobilize and coordinate with international experts/consultants to independently evaluate complex technical solutions and structures.
- Inspection & Supervision of Construction Methods: Supervise site compliance, authenticate structural acceptance testing.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or related specialties.
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in design/construction of assigned field (Metro Tunnel/Mega Bridge/Special Structure).
- Understanding of design, construction solutions and technical standards.
- Preference for experience in design appraisal/control, supervision of large projects.
