Job description
- Build and control the operating budget of the Landscaping Department according to the approved plan.
- Build organizational structure and determine staffing for the Landscaping Department appropriate to the scale of the urban area.
- Organize supervision of teams and subcontractors performing landscape construction daily. Manage materials, tools, fertilizers and plant protection chemicals periodically.
- Assess the growth condition of plants and propose replacement and supplementation solutions in a timely manner.
- Risk management: Control safety of landscaping (dangerous trees, pests and diseases, breakage and collapse). Control and ensure compliance with ANAT PCCN regulations.
- Propose technical improvements, plant varieties, care methods suitable to urban area conditions, upgrade the quality of landscaping in the urban area.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, or Plant Protection
- Male/Female, 27 - 48 years old
- Related experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in maintenance and care of green areas in urban areas, landscaping, with at least 3 years in an equivalent position as Head of Landscaping Department, Landscape Department, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape design, landscape lighting, nursery science, planting/caring for plants, environmental sanitation; Experience in planning/budgeting and budget and cost management
- Good thinking, logical, decisive.
