JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze and design AI solutions:
- Receive requirements from business units and departments; analyze modules and functions.
- Design solutions: processing flows, prompts, data, integration approaches.
Develop and deploy AI-integrated applications:
- Develop RAG applications, AI Agents, chatbots, document extraction and processing.
- Build connectors/MCP servers connecting AI with APIs, databases and existing systems.
- Test and evaluate the quality and safety of AI applications.
- Coordinate with units and departments to deploy applications into operations.
Develop AI Agent platforms and tools for users:
- Develop and configure AI Agent platforms; build tools, connect data, AI Agent templates.
- Guide and provide technical support for users to build AI Agents independently.
Operate core AI platforms:
- Deploy, configure and operate model connection gateways (LLM gateway), internally deployed models, vector databases.
- Set up CI/CD, monitoring, alerting; handle AI platform incidents.
Maintain and improve deployed AI applications and platforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications and certificates
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.
2. Work experience and knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience with real projects on LLM/generative AI or machine learning.
- Experience working with Python; LangChain, LlamaIndex or equivalent.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, Microservices; preferably Java/Spring Boot.
- Experience working with Git, Docker, Linux; preferably K8s, vLLM/Ollama.
- Understanding of LLM, prompt engineering, RAG, embedding, AI Agent.
- Understanding of databases (SQL, vector), data structures, algorithms.
- Familiarity with software development processes and testing.
- Familiarity with software security standards and data safety.
3. Other skills and requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-learning ability and English technical documentation reading comprehension.
