Job overview: Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, particularly retail chains, F&B businesses, hotels, service providers, and other business networks, to develop partnerships for licensed music services and other related products and services based on business needs.
What you will do
- Conduct market research and develop plans to approach, expand, and strengthen business partnerships, as well as drive customer and revenue growth.
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers to introduce relevant solutions and services. Build and manage an effective sales pipeline, closely tracking the process from lead generation to contract closing.
- Follow up with, support, and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners, including contract renewals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address operational requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Propose and execute initiatives to optimize revenue and support communication/marketing activities.
- Prepare periodic reports and perform other tasks as assigned.
What you will need
- Existing relationships or prior experience working with retail chains, F&B businesses, or other business networks is a strong advantage.
- Passion for music and a good understanding of the music market.
- Strong skills in new business development, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
