Z Studio is a digital content platform powered by Zalo, creating and distributing engaging content across social channels. We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Content Specialist to develop branded content ideas, build content solutions for clients, and manage projects from concept to execution across Z Studio’s channels and creator network.
What you will do
- Develop creative concepts, content formats, and branded series that align with market trends, audience interests, and client objectives
- Proactively create commercial content packages combining content production, Z Studio’s distribution channels (Zalo OA, Zalo Video, social media), and MCN/Creators
- Work with the Planning team to develop content ideas and execution solutions based on client briefs
- Build proposals, pitch decks, and preliminary budgets; coordinate with relevant teams for pricing and commercial policy approval
- Collaborate with Sales/Account teams to pitch ideas, advise clients, and customize content solutions based on their needs
- Develop content angles, script outlines, and production briefs; coordinate with Producers, Designers, and Creators to ensure quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to optimize future commercial solutions
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and commercial content distribution across Z Studio’s channels.
What you will need
- 3+ years of experience in content or creative roles, preferably in digital media, agencies, or brands
- Strong creative thinking and experience developing content concepts, formats, and branded series
- Good commercial mindset and understanding of how to monetize social content
- Hands-on experience in content planning, creative proposals, client pitching, and project coordination
- Solid knowledge of short-form video, social platforms, content distribution, and KOLs/Creators
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Portfolio required (preferably showcasing video, podcast, or format-driven work).
