Job Purpose
Create data control checkpoints, analyze data flows of systems affecting management reports, leverage systems (DWH, KRM, OFSAA, BI…) to operate multi-dimensional management reports.
Key Accountabilities
1. Finance system administration and development
- Operate, maintain and upgrade finance management systems, ensuring they meet the management and reporting requirements of the Finance Division.
- Collect and analyze business requirements; coordinate with IT/DA to design, deploy and test solutions on systems.
- Develop business documentation, operating procedures and system user guides.
- Support users, handle arising issues, ensure systems operate stably and efficiently.
- Research, propose and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
2. Data administration and finance management reporting
- Manage and control financial data, ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of management information.
- Develop, operate and automate management reports, dashboards and analytical tools.
- Coordinate handling data and system issues; assess impact of business changes on management reports.
- Propose solutions to improve data exploitation efficiency, report quality and financial management effectiveness.
3. Finance digital transformation and improvement
- Participate in implementing digital transformation initiatives in finance, applying data, analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve management efficiency and decision-making.
- Propose opportunities to improve business processes, standardize data and enhance exploitation efficiency of existing finance management systems.
- Coordinate assessing system usage effectiveness, identify bottlenecks in operating procedures and propose optimization solutions.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or IT/DA or higher. Priority given to postgraduate qualifications or specialization in economics, banking, finance or management information systems, financial database management, and especially international finance programs.
- At least 03 years of experience, specialized in management reporting, central bank reporting, accounting, auditing, banking finance. Experience in traditional and modern banking finance, products, banking management information reporting systems, databases, report development.
- 03 years of experience with tools and data query languages (SQL), databases and experience with other programming languages (Python, R...) is an advantage.
- Experience in designing and building dimensional data models, ETL processes, data warehouse concepts and methods applied, optimized data pipelines and supporting architects when needed (for MIS IT positions).
