What you will do
- Lead the TA team and take accountability for hiring results across Zalo business units. Coach recruiters and sourcers to strengthen their market knowledge, assessment skills, and ability to advise hiring managers;
- Personally lead senior and critical searches, from talent mapping and sourcing to assessment, offer negotiation, and closing;
- Bring market insights and sound judgment to help senior leaders clarify role expectations, assess talent needs, and make informed hiring decisions;
- Lead young talent hiring programs and improve recruitment processes, technology, and sourcing practices to meet business needs.
What you will need
- 10+ years of TA experience, preferably in a product or technology company, including at least 3 years managing an in-house recruitment team;
- A strong track record of personally closing senior, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles;
- The ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders through expertise, clear reasoning, and market insights;
- Experience using recruitment data and AI tools to solve problems and improve productivity;
- Sharp thinking, strong execution, and a hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritize and work through complex hiring challenges;
- A willingness to embrace challenges, take ownership, and persist until the job is done.
