JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Arrange workers to run according to production plan.
- Guide training and evaluate new employees according to plan.
- Prepare resources: people, machinery, materials to implement production plan and monitor plan, daily information on plan implementation progress to the next stage.
- Resolve incidents on production line and report to superiors in a timely manner.
- Arrange personnel to work ensuring sufficient skills and quantity to implement production plan.
- Monitor employee results daily and provide timely feedback.
- Train and guide employees to ensure sufficient skills.
- Communicate and disseminate information from the company to all employees.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Work in 3 rotating shifts or administrative hours as required by work, in an air-conditioned environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduated from intermediate or college level in all specialties.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising assembly line production in an equivalent position.
Familiar with assembly line stages.
