- Responsible for guiding development and ensuring KPI implementation of the Business Development team for ShopeeFood’s products and services.
- Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term.
- Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities.
- Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team.
- Regularly update business information of product categories and food trends of the market with team members.
- Prepare reports as required for management team
- Perform other tasks as required.

- Prefer candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet.
