JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop and implement annual business plans:
Develop plans, organize implementation and supervise corporate customer sales activities to achieve assigned business targets.
2. Customer appraisal:
- Directly collect profile information, conduct appraisal, prepare proposal memos and submit to higher levels for approval to assess the needs of corporate customers for large, complex profiles.
- Participate in supporting/guiding staff during the appraisal process.
3. Implement procedures to provide banking products and services to customers
4. Manage and care for customers
5. Manage business operations:
- Supervise and evaluate business operation results, report on work performed and control implementation reports.
6. Organize professional training, guide and support staff:
- Guide, train, support professional operations, skills and disseminate new document content issued to staff under management.
- Train successor personnel.
- Support and resolve difficulties and challenges of staff during the sales process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance/Banking/Economics/Business Administration
Related experience
- Minimum 07 years of experience in the banking sector (or in equivalent fields such as financial companies, financial leasing companies, securities companies, etc.) and minimum 1 year in a managerial position at branch level.
Other requirements:
- Knowledge of ACB's processes, products and services;
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing) equivalent to C level;
- Proficient in computer software: word, excel, power point, etc.
- Knowledge of banking law (Central Bank law/law on credit institutions, etc.)
