Objective
1. System Operations: Directly perform monitoring activities, handle incidents, ensure network infrastructure systems (including network security systems and load balancing devices) operate stably, safely and with high availability.
2. User Support: Directly provide user support in daily activities, ensure user issues are resolved as quickly as possible, meet their work requirements.
Key accountabilities
1. Responsibilities in system operations:
- Perform routine operations: Monitor and report daily operational status of Core network systems (healthy daily checklist):
Group 1: network devices for branches/transaction offices (transmission lines, routing devices, firewall)
Group 2: network systems and devices at H
- Transmission lines, routing devices, network operation monitoring systems, firewall
Group 3: network systems and devices at DC, DR in 3 regions (transmission lines, routing devices, network operation monitoring systems, firewall)
- Perform special operations: Handle incidents, issues, perform backup testing.
- Manage and update CMDB for the system.
- Report system status.
- Update system operation documentation.
- Research and deploy solutions to optimize system capacity
- Improve work processes to enhance operational efficiency
2. Responsibilities in user support:
- L3 support for assigned requests: Simple, Medium, Complex
3. Other responsibilities:
- Participate in technology projects as assigned.
- Participate in building processes and guidelines on the Unit's operations.
- Participate in handling technology risks as assigned.
- Perform other work as required by management levels.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
1. Degree: IT or Electronics and Telecommunications major
2. Professional knowledge
- Deep knowledge of network technology, clear understanding of functional components in a large-scale network system.
- In-depth understanding of network solutions
- Basic understanding of standards, frameworks, advanced technology management and governance such as: ITIL, ISMS
3. Experience
- Work experience in technology infrastructure field: 5+ years
- Experience in operating and deploying network systems: 4+ years
4. Foreign language (English)
