JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop, review and support implementation of policies, procedures, technical standards related to information security and information security strategy for the bank.
2. Monitor, inspect and conduct risk assessment/compliance level evaluation of information security policies, regulations, standards, procedures implemented across VPBank's entire Information systems (DC, DR, Cloud, Branches), Partners and Service Providers of VPBank.
3. Provide consultation and information security assessment at application layer, data, architecture for development requirements as well as projects at VPBank.
4. Research, test, and propose solutions to enhance information security for VPBank. Initiatives/proposals to strengthen information security for VPBank.
5. Monitor and measure effectiveness of information security measures.
6. Coordinate with relevant departments to: develop, deploy and maintain training programs to raise awareness and compliance with information security for all VPBank staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 06 years of experience in information security field; 03 years of experience in Finance – Banking sector;
- In-depth experience with information security solutions and technologies: AWS, Azure, Firewall, IPS, IDS, WAF, DLP, Antivirus, NAC, SIEM, SOC, PIM, EMM, SAST/DAST, Patch/Vulnerability Management, APT, Phishing, DDOS, DAM…
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, OWASP, ISO 27001, State Bank regulations, credit institution laws and understanding of other related laws;
- Experience in compliance assessment and information security risk management.
- Good training, documentation writing and guidance capabilities
- Ability to work under high work pressure
- Effective teamwork, ability to independently undertake a role in the team to achieve common goals
