- Solution Direction: Lead consulting, design and optimization of technology solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Bidding & Presentation: Participate in building, presenting and defending solutions; organize PoC/Demo as needed.
- Coordination Management: Control quality of documentation, timeline and coordinate effectively with related units.
- Team Development: Participate in recruitment process, train personnel, promote knowledge sharing and research new technologies.
- Partner Management: Build technical relationships with technology partners and update product trends.
- Manage tasks within the responsibility of the Consulting Department
- Perform reports as requested by senior management
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure consulting/design, System Integration, Solution Architecture for Enterprise segment. Experience in management positions as Presales Manager/Lead Solution Architect is an advantage.
- Expertise:
- General knowledge of Cloud, System, Network, Security, Microsoft 365 and ELV.
- Solid understanding of bidding process, scope breakdown and technical documentation development.
- Priority given to candidates with relevant professional certifications in technology or project management.
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership capability, inspiration - motivation, team management and training.
- Communication skills, situation handling, building and maintaining good relationships
- Business English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel on business (if needed)
