Job description
• Recruitment locations: Hanoi, Tuyen Quang, Hung Yen, Hai Phong.
• Update and thoroughly understand all relevant technical design drawings, design changes, shop drawings and approved construction methods;
• Understand quality requirements and ensure contractors comply with prescribed procedures during construction.
• Remind, warn and report to leadership when contractor violations are detected;
• Conduct acceptance of contractor construction work according to assignment to ensure technical and quality requirements;
• Check, update detailed construction progress, daily, weekly and monthly implementation plans to urge contractors to proceed with construction and promptly report to leadership, propose solutions for delayed work;
• Guide, check and sign quality documents, as-built drawings, confirm contractor work complies with actual construction at the project;
• Immediately report to leadership when detecting deficiencies or errors in design documents, shop drawings and contribute opinions to complete construction methods for the construction section;
• Work with contractor construction officers to prepare minutes on construction errors and request leadership opinion for handling;
• Promptly report to leadership and propose solutions for delayed work;
• Coordinate with occupational safety supervisors/dedicated officers to implement occupational safety, environmental hygiene and fire prevention supervision during contractor construction according to regulations.
• Perform other work as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Architecture, Electrical, Water Supply and Drainage, Roads and Bridges, Electrical, Electromechanical or related fields
- Hold a Supervision Certificate Grade III or higher (can be supplemented within a maximum of 6 months)
- Minimum 03 years of experience in equivalent positions at investors/supervision companies/construction contractors
- Understanding of physical indicators, material input certificates, knowledge of occupational safety and health related issues
- Ability to assess and control quality and construction progress of contractors
- Ability to check drawings, identify unreasonable points during construction and propose changes
- Ready to travel on business when assigned
