1. Perform machinery and equipment repair
- Perform repair of machinery, equipment, assets, and facilities of the Company
- Assess and propose repair solutions including in-house repair or outsourced services
- Perform repair or supervise the repair process
- Promptly resolve complaints about repair incidents. Ensure machinery operates stably so operations are not interrupted
- Update and maintain relevant records (Repair forms, acceptance reports, etc.)
2. Perform maintenance
- Perform periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment according to operating instructions
- Accept maintenance work and maintain relevant records
3. Perform inspection, supervision, and acceptance of fixed asset and machinery installation
- Receive installation information from relevant departments.
- Perform or supervise and accept the installation process.
- Hand over to the using department (sign the acceptance report).
4. Perform safety, occupational hygiene, fire prevention and control, and 5S work in the work area.
5. Perform other tasks as directed by Management
Requirements
- Graduated from intermediate vocational level or above in mechanical repair, electromechanical, automation, industrial electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Have experience in machinery and equipment maintenance in production units and factories.
- Able to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical drawings, proficient in AutoCAD software (2D, 3D), PLC, HMI
- Able to analyze and propose improvements to optimize machinery systems
- Able to identify and predict incidents in machinery operation
- Understand clearly the operating procedures, operations, safety procedures, and machinery troubleshooting
- Able to read and understand English used in machinery maintenance and repair work
- Able to work in shifts
