Internet Service Optimization Engineer (OP)

This recruitment position is for the Global Technical Center, the unit responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and optimizing fixed broadband network systems and services in domestic and foreign markets.

Brief Description

1. Monitor and analyze Internet service quality
- Collect, analyze and evaluate Internet service quality indicators on the network (QoS/QoE, latency, throughput, packet loss, jitter, DNS, CDN, video quality, customer experience...).
- Analyze trends, identify causes of service quality degradation and propose optimization solutions.
- Build indicator sets, reports and dashboards for real-time service quality monitoring and evaluation.
2. Optimize network performance and customer experience
- Participate in analyzing service usage behavior, traffic and customer experience to identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of network optimization solutions, routing optimization, CDN optimization, DNS and Internet service platforms.
- Participate in building parameter sets, policies and optimization scenarios to improve service quality and network utilization efficiency.
3. Build data platform and analytics for intelligent operations
- Participate in building data collection, processing and exploitation flows from the network, service systems and operations platforms.
- Develop data analytics models for traffic forecasting, anomaly detection and customer experience evaluation.
- Build dashboards, alert systems and analytics tools for proactive operations.
4. Research and apply AI in service quality optimization
- Research and develop AI/ML models for traffic forecasting, anomaly detection, root cause analysis and network resource optimization.
- Participate in building AI solutions applied to QoS/QoE analysis, customer experience optimization and improved operational efficiency.
- Research and apply Generative AI, AI Agent and AIOps in monitoring, analyzing and optimizing Internet service quality.
5. Research technology and promote data-driven operations
- Monitor, evaluate and test new technologies in AI, Data Analytics, Network Automation and Autonomous Network.
- Participate in building automation solutions for network monitoring, analysis and optimization.
- Contribute to promoting data-driven operation models (Data-Driven Operation), towards autonomous and self-optimizing networks (Autonomous Network).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with distinction or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields; priority given to prestigious universities in the top 500 worldwide.
- Ability to learn quickly and proactively research new technologies.
- Passion for AI, Data Analytics, Network Automation and Autonomous Network fields.
- English: Minimum Toeic 650 or equivalent international certificate.

- Good foundational knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, Routing, DNS, CDN, QoS/QoE and Internet service models.
- Understanding of Linux operating systems, databases and data processing models.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud, Network Automation and distributed system architecture is an advantage.
- Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI or AI Agent.
- Ability to exploit, process and analyze data using Python, SQL or data analytics tools.
- Experience implementing projects, scientific research or personal projects related to AI, Big Data, Data Analytics or Network Automation is an advantage.
- International network certifications are an advantage (CCNA, CCNP, …)
