2. Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30 – 45 years old
- At least 03 years of experience in work suitable for this position
- Education: University degree in construction machinery, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- Team management and working skills
- Proactive, honest, high sense of responsibility
- Good health, able to withstand work pressure, ready to accept tasks when required
- Proficient in specialized software
3. Job description:
- Manage all motorcycles and construction equipment: excavators, bulldozers, vibrating rollers, dump trucks, cranes, generators, auxiliary equipment…
- Establish and manage equipment files: machine history, inspection certificates, insurance, operation licenses
- Monitor technical condition, lifespan, equipment depreciation
- Coordinate and allocate equipment
- Plan equipment allocation and distribution to projects according to construction schedule
4. Documents:
- Application form with personal statement on education and work history
- Curriculum vitae with local authority confirmation (last 6 months)
- Relevant certificates and diplomas according to level and field of study (notarized)
- Health certificate A3 size (original), birth certificate, copy of ID card/Citizen identification card, family household registration (last 6 months)
- 4x6 photos (blue background): 4 pieces
5. Salary and benefits:
- Income negotiable based on qualifications and experience, from 25 - 30 million VND/month
- Salary and benefits paid twice a month (mid-month advance and monthly settlement)
- Year-end 13th month bonus and performance-based bonus according to Hoa Phat Group regulations (from 01 to 03 months salary)
