Job description
1. Construction progress management
- Conduct inspections of manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment of the Construction Contractor against the plan
- Conduct inspections of construction progress implementation against the actual plan
- Submit daily progress status reports to direct management
2. Occupational safety, hygiene, and environmental management
- Conduct daily/periodic inspections of legal documents on occupational safety, health and environmental (OSHE) of the Construction Contractor
- Conduct daily/periodic inspections of hygiene and OSHE conditions in the Construction Contractor's work areas
- Handle remediation and prevention of occupational safety violations
- Submit daily OSHE status reports to direct management
3. Construction quality management
- Organize acceptance inspections of equipment, materials, and supplies of the Construction Contractor before use
- Organize acceptance inspections of the Construction Contractor's work before proceeding to the next construction phase
- Handle remediation and prevention of construction quality violations
- Submit daily quality status reports to direct management
4. Project document storage management
- Store hard copy OSHE documents according to regulations and apply the Group's technology
- Store soft copy OSHE documents according to regulations and apply the Group's technology
- Submit daily work reports and document storage to direct management
5. Handover product management (project handover acceptance)
- Record and remedy construction defects before handover
- Store and hand over documents for house delivery
6. Contract implementation, payment, and variation management
- Inspect and confirm payment stage documents of Construction Contractors (document components, work volume, etc.) are correct and complete according to actual implementation
- Inspect and confirm final settlement documents of Construction Contractors (document components, work volume, etc.) are correct and complete according to actual implementation
- Inspect and confirm construction variation documents are correct and complete as required (goods and services request forms - variation requests, variation explanations, variation items, etc.)
- Monitor, follow up, and periodically report on the status of Payment/Final Settlement/Variations at the project
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction/Infrastructure
Professional certificate: Construction/Technical Infrastructure practice certificate
Professional experience: Over 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure construction for high-rise/low-rise building projects
Skills:
- Professional knowledge of occupational safety & environmental health, construction and project management, ensuring construction quality
