Job Description

Build and Execute AI Strategy:

  • Build an overall AI strategy roadmap, ensuring tight alignment with business objectives of strategic product divisions (Financial Accounting, Enterprise Management, Education, Retail...).
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize the development of AI-specialized product lines - AI First and AI initiatives that create breakthrough value for customers

Develop and Deploy AI Products

  • Lead the process from ideation, proof of concept (POC), to real-world deployment of AI products, services, and features
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Business departments to build Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring AI products, services, and features are successfully launched and well-received by the market.

Expert Representative and Knowledge Sharing

  • Speaker at seminars and workshops: Represent MISA as a speaker, sharing professional knowledge about AI at technology seminars, business events and specialized workshops domestically and internationally
  • Build and maintain relationships with the AI community, research institutes, universities and technology partners to promote collaboration
Job Requirements

Must have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields such as Data Science, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science,... from reputable universities.
  • Professional knowledge of AI: Good knowledge of AI methods and models, multi-domain AI applications to present, discuss and work with technical teams
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in equivalent positions as AI Director/Head of AI Department, senior management positions or heading AI departments in large-scale organizations.
  • Preference for candidates who have directly been responsible for developing and bringing AI products to market

Xây dựng và Thực thi Chiến lược AI:

  • Xây dựng lộ trình (roadmap) chiến lược AI tổng thể, đảm bảo gắn kết chặt chẽ với mục tiêu kinh doanh của các mảng sản phẩm chiến lược (Tài chính kế toán, Quản trị doanh nghiệp, Giáo dục, Bán lẻ...).
  • Xác định, phân tích và ưu tiên phát triển các dòng sản phẩm chuyên về AI - AI First và các sáng kiến AI tạo ra giá trị đột phá cho khách hàng

Phát triển và triển khai sản phẩm AI

  • Dẫn dắt quá trình từ lên ý tưởng, thử nghiệm (POC), đến triển khai thực tế sản phẩm, dịch vụ, tính năng AI
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận Marketing, Kinh doanh để xây dựng chiến lược Go-to-Market, đảm bảo sản phẩm, dịch vụ, tính năng AI được ra mắt thành công và được thị trường đón nhận.

Đại diện chia sẻ chuyên môn

  • Diễn giả tại các hội thảo, workshop: Đại diện MISA làm diễn giả, chia sẻ kiến thức chuyên môn về AI tại các hội thảo công nghệ, sự kiện dành cho doanh nghiệp và các workshop chuyên ngành trong và ngoài nước
  • Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với cộng đồng AI, các viện nghiên cứu, trường đại học và các đối tác công nghệ để thúc đẩy hợp tác
Yêu cầu công việc

Must have

  • Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân trở lên các ngành liên quan như Khoa học Dữ liệu, Phân tích Dữ liệu, Trí tuệ Nhân tạo, Khoa học Máy tính,... từ các trường đại học uy tín.
  • Kiến thức chuyên môn về AI: Có kiến thức tốt về các phương pháp và mô hình AI, ứng dụng AI đa lĩnh vực để thuyết trình, trình bày và làm việc với đội ngũ kỹ thuật
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương Giám đốc/Trưởng phòng AI, vị trí quản lý cấp cao hoặc trưởng bộ phận phụ trách AI trong các tổ chức có quy mô lớn.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên đã trực tiếp chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, đưa sản phẩm AI ra thị trường
  • Tư duy làm sản phẩm và tư duy AI First
  • Khả năng nghiên cứu và học hỏi tốt
