JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Compile and calculate report data according to existing templates to assist leaders/senior specialists in managing costs at the company-wide level, with details for each Department/Division at HO 2. Operate monitoring reports, supervise, evaluate the implementation of company-wide cost plans, objectives for supervising and analyzing finances of each non-business Department at HO periodically compared to the initial plan according to templates and under the guidance of superiors/senior specialists in the assigned business area 3. Operate monitoring reports tracking the implementation of budget plans for various types of costs managed centrally at HO such as IT, branding, etc. according to templates and under the guidance of superiors/senior specialists 4. Compile and calculate report data according to clear templates to help leaders/senior specialists reduce time spent searching for data and information and gain an overall view of the financial situation, thereby conducting in-depth analysis and making forecasts about trends and factors affecting the implementation of company-wide cost plans and cost plans for each non-business Department at HO 5. Perform other arising tasks as requested by the Department Head related to the assigned business area 6. Support senior specialists in financial supervision and analysis work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics-related majors: Accounting, Banking Finance, etc.
2. Skill Requirements:
- Presentation, communication, expression. - Planning and work control. - Negotiation and persuasion. - Skills in evaluating, synthesizing, analyzing data. - Teamwork skills. - Basic English communication. - Proficient use of office software. - Good Excel skills, able to apply basic Excel calculation functions. - Basic SQL/VBA usage. - Honesty, carefulness, responsibility and initiative in work, analytical thinking, creativity, continuous learning, stress management.
3. Experience Requirements: ≥ 1 year of work experience in Banking or Finance, Accounting, Audit fields.
4. Age: Under 35 years old at the time of application.
