Job Description
- Design and develop software applications serving the retail banking (KHCN) and corporate banking (KHDN) business lines meeting standards for efficiency, scalability and security
- Build technical documentation, system design, integration, application architecture according to bank regulations.
- Ensure quality and optimize programming to guarantee application performance, scalability and security.
- Maintain and upgrade, optimize application performance to ensure the application operates well and stably over a long period.
- Follow design standards, source code standards, ensure testability, security and high performance for the system.
- Coordinate with architecture, testing, technical analysis, business analysis departments, etc. to implement projects ensuring quality and schedule requirements.
- Perform Unit Testing. Support SIT/UAT testing, fix bugs and conduct functional acceptance.
- Review code, manage code merges, provide technical support and train project members.
- Perform optimization, improve architecture and expand the system.
- Build technical documentation, system deployment guidance documents.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology
- Experience: minimum 7 years of experience in software development in Finance, Banking, Telecommunications, Real Estate sectors.

- Proficient in at least one of the programming languages related to application development:
- Backend: Java
- Frontend: Typescript/JavaScript/Apache FreeMarker
- Have practical experience with at least one of the Frameworks related to application development:
- Backend: Backbase, Java Spring Boot, Microservice
- Frontend: Backbase/Angular/jQuery/Bootstrap/HTML5
- Understand system architecture and implement software design, including:
- Software design patterns
- Microservices architecture
- System monitoring (monitoring, logging, tracing)
- Have experience developing and integrating RESTful API, Web socket, OpenAPI, etc.
- Work well with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Proficiently use development IDEs and source code management tools (Git)
- Understand and have practical experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Container, Docker, k8s
- Understand Agile/Scrum
- Have UI/UX design experience is an advantage
- Have experience implementing projects using Backbase technology is an advantage
- Have strategic thinking skills, analysis, process building, digital technology products
