MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve assigned business targets:

- Develop and implement personal customer (KHCN) marketing plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

1. Thực hiện chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao:

- Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch tiếp thị khách hàng cá nhân (KHCN).

- Thực hiện các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh, các chương trình định hướng, chương trình khuyến mãi, quảng bá SPDV của Ngân hàng.

- Hướng dẫn, giới thiệu, tư vấn SPDV, các gói giải pháp tài chính phù hợp với khả năng, điều kiện và nhu cầu của khách hàng.

- Quản lý thông tin khách hàng nhằm phục vụ công tác kinh doanh và chăm sóc khách hàng.

- Thực hiện công tác chăm sóc khách hàng; phối hợp thực hiện các chương trình tri ân, chăm sóc khách hàng đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng dịch vụ của Ngân hàng.

- Thực hiện các phương thức bán hàng qua các kênh triển khai của Ngân hàng để giới thiệu, bán chéo các SPDV của Ngân hàng; thiết lập mối quan hệ với khách hàng nhằm xây dựng, duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ kinh doanh giữa Ngân hàng với khách hàng.

3. Thực hiện nghiệp vụ cấp tín dụng:

- Đánh giá hồ sơ, phương án vay vốn và đánh giá tài sản bảo đảm của khách hàng.

- Xác minh thực tế khách hàng để đánh giá tình hình sản xuất kinh doanh, khả năng tài chính; thu thập, hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ cấp tín dụng theo quy định của Ngân hàng.

- Phân tích, đánh giá, đề xuất cấp tín dụng hoặc cơ cấu lại khoản CTD đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình, quy định Ngân hàng;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

1. Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành: Kinh tế, Kế toán, Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Marketing hoặc các ngành có liên quan. Nếu đã có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở các vị trí liên quan đến bán hàng hoặc tương đương thì không bắt buộc phải tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành liên quan nêu trên.

2. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm công tác trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, tiếp thị, tín dụng.

3. Trình độ ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh giao tiếp.

4. Trình độ vi tính: sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng và các phần mềm ứng dụng.
