Job description
- Manage and monitor safety limits, ensure compliance with legal regulations and the bank's risk appetite regulations
- Conduct periodic or ad hoc reporting as required by the State Bank of Vietnam, management requirements of MB (Board of Directors, Risk Management Committee, Executive Board) on risk status, propose appropriate action programs
- Develop risk-weighted assets (RWA) calculation tools in accordance with legal regulations, management requirements, and MB's capital allocation

• Specialist (Level 1–3): Directly perform professional duties. The higher the level, the greater the autonomy and complexity of work.
• Senior Specialist: Responsible for results in a professional area and guides Specialists in the team. Suitable for 5-8 years of experience, having previously taken full responsibility for one area of work.
Years of experience are for reference and comparison purposes, not mandatory information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance and banking, mathematical economics, econometrics, risk management and other related fields
- Minimum 02 years of experience in credit, risk management, audit, internal control
- Minimum 01 year building automated management reports, developing/validating risk measurement models
