MISA is looking for a Business Analyst to partner in developing technology solutions that optimize business operations
Essential duties:
- Survey and collect information about business processes, customer behavior and habits when performing business operations
- Analyze and synthesize collected business information and document it as business documentation
- Provide business training to project team members to ensure all members understand and grasp the business and business processes of the customer
- Build test scenarios for products according to business processes
- Test design to ensure the design best meets user requirements for business functionality and usability
- Test products to ensure they meet business requirements and usability before handover to customers
- Provide business training to sales staff, consultants, and product support staff
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Management or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst for Junior/Middle positions and at least 4 years of experience for Senior positions
- Experience performing tasks such as customer surveys, requirements analysis, documentation writing and coordination with development and testing teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience related to one of the following business areas: Finance / Human Resources / CRM / Manufacturing / Operations / Digital Office, etc.
- Good communication, logical thinking, careful and meticulous
- Ability to apply AI tools in work
