Scope of responsibilities
- Lead the design of architecture, development and deployment of large-scale AI/ML systems, focusing on LLM, Foundation Models, NLP, Computer Vision and Generative AI.
- Lead technical approaches to complex AI problems, responsible for selecting approach direction, models, training/inference pipelines and system quality in production environments.
- Decide on and standardize AI technologies, frameworks and best practices; ensure performance, scalability and stable operations on GPU/Cloud.
- Lead testing and evaluation of new AI technologies; propose technical direction for medium-term AI systems.
- Coordinate across teams/units to integrate and optimize AI solutions; serve as lead/mentor for AI team development.
