Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Intelligence
- Research industry drivers, value chains, and competitive dynamics in target markets.
- Support the development of competitive landscapes and market sizing.
- Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant updates with the team.
- Contribute to strategy memos, briefs, and presentations for leadership.
- Translate research findings into clear charts, tables, and concise write-ups.
- Develop an understanding of business models, e.g. revenue logic, cost drivers, and unit economics.
- Support the development of financial evaluations, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare and validate model inputs against market benchmarks and comparable.
- Work with internal teams to collect data and inputs for analyses and projects.
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings, and track action items and follow-ups.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, financial advisory, equity or market research, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong desktop research skills and clear business writing in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of financial fundamentals (financial statements, NPV/IRR, unit economics).
- Proactive and detail-oriented; works well with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant extracurriculars (e.g. case competitions, investment clubs, student research) and an interest in technology or AI are a plus.
