Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Networking Lead to lead and accelerate the growth of the HPE Networking business in Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, partner development, market expansion, and overall business performance of the Networking portfolio.
The successful candidate will work closely with HPE, channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and end customers to develop and execute business strategies that strengthen market presence and drive sustainable growth. This role requires strong leadership, deep networking industry expertise, and the ability to build a high-performing ecosystem across the market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the HPE Networking portfolio in Vietnam.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and business performance across the assigned product portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning to accelerate growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HPE and key stakeholders across the networking ecosystem.
- Define Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with vendor priorities, market demand, and company objectives.
- Develop business plans, quarterly growth initiatives, and strategic programs to achieve business targets.
- Expand customer coverage and strengthen partner engagement across key market segments.
Sales & Business Execution
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and market share targets through effective execution of business plans.
- Lead demand generation, pipeline development, forecasting, and opportunity management activities.
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and services teams to drive business opportunities and customer engagement.
- Support partners in identifying, developing, and closing networking opportunities.
- Drive cross-selling and solution-selling initiatives by collaborating with other business units.
- Monitor business performance, pipeline health, and market activities, taking proactive actions to ensure target achievement.
- Manage inventory planning and business operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Partner & Vendor Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Develop partner enablement programs, business growth initiatives, and joint go-to-market activities.
- Work closely with HPE Aruba to drive strategic alignment, business planning, certifications, and partner development.
- Expand and strengthen the networking partner ecosystem to increase market coverage and business scalability.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, partners, and vendor stakeholders.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Networking team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide clear direction, performance expectations, and ongoing support to team members.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, channel management, business development, or product management within the IT industry.
- Strong experience in enterprise networking solutions.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing vendor or technology solution businesses.
- Experience working with technology distributors, value-added distributors (VADs), vendors, system integrators, or channel partners.
- Established network within the IT ecosystem, including vendors, partners, resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
