Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and operate company server systems, internal networks, storage and IT services.
- Support administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, WiFi and related systems.
- Manage virtualization environment, servers and IT infrastructure services.
- Monitor system activities, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Support operation of monitoring systems, collect system logs, alerts and track IT events.
- Perform data backup and support system recovery related tasks.
- Support deployment of IT projects and infrastructure upgrades according to plan.
- Update technical documentation, system diagrams and operation guides.
- Support users and branch offices with IT infrastructure related issues.
- Participate in periodic maintenance and system improvement activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Department and Management level.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network systems and virtualization platforms.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure administration, system security and IT service operation principles.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams in a collaborative work environment and meet deadlines.
- Manage detailed work, strict compliance
- Ability to communicate and exchange information effectively
- Good organizational skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networks or related fields.
- Minimum 03-05 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or network administration
- Experience with Firewall, VPN, Backup, Storage or Cloud Platform is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in ISO 27001 or equivalent management system environments.
- Preference for candidates who have participated in or operated monitoring systems, log collection, SIEM, SOC or similar security solutions.
- Preference for candidates with certifications or training courses such as CompTIA, CEH or other information security training programs
