Each applicant is screened, vetted, and interviewed to ensure community-member-fit. The process is straightforward:

Our members are selected Vietnamese professionals, entrepreneurs & leaders from diverse industries worldwide.

Around 80% are based outside of Vietnam, with clusters in cities with significant Vietnamese populations, such as Berlin, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Melbourne, New York City, San Francisco, Singapore, and Sydney.

To maintain an internationally-focused community, we currently limit the intake of Vietnam-based candidates. Most members work in tech and finance, while others are in healthcare, law, entrepreneurship, and creative industries.

We welcome professionals from any field as long as they are driven to succeed in their careers. Our members span various seniority levels and tenures.

Simply put, it creates a strong incentive-aligned community model with clear commitment and fit criteria. Both members and OV have skin in the game.

We also don’t offer monthly memberships—only quarterly and annual options. Reason is simple: our network is built on depth and quality connections. Every member introduces themselves, goes through a personalised onboarding process, all members know each other personally and by name, etc.

We want to avoid having new members drop in and out frequently. At a minimum, members should commit 3 months. If you’re unable or unwilling to make that commitment, the membership might not be the right fit for you at this time.

On a case-by-base basis, yes.

Many members also get their membership fees reduced over time as they make significant contributions to the community.

We will never increase fees over time for existing members.

We love that our members are eager to contribute and help.

This giving mentality is what makes our community so strong. Once you become a member, there are many ways to give back and add value, such as sharing expertise, leading workshops, mentoring, hosting in-person meetups and driving new initiatives. It’s common for members to evolve from participants to team members and community builders over time.
